You pay for the work we do, not the result of the effort. Payment must be made for every job we do or every time we spend, so refunds are not possible. Only if the order truly fails, we can issue a "rejected" status, and the amount of the order will be credited to your account in our system for use on future orders. You have no right to dispute any changes we make to the configuration file; otherwise, the administrator has the right to block your account. If the user selects the wrong ECU in the order, the administrator will inform you of the incorrect selection in the ticket for the correct order and will note any price changes due to the incorrect ECU selection. If the customer does not accept this during the selected priority time, the administrator has the right to complete the order with the correct selection, order options, and prices.
